Troubleshooting Caring for your Bra

WHY WEAR A BRA?
Did you know that the weight of your breasts are not supported by muscles? Things called 'Cooper's Suspensory Ligaments' travel inward from your breast skin to 'pectoral tissue' which supports the weight of your breasts, but they are not strong enough to hold the shape of your breasts over time.

Not wearing a bra may affect the shape of our boobs and may result in you and me having saggy, droopy ones, but the choice is yours.

Toning exercises won't restore your breasts back to their original shape because breasts have no muscles - so it makes sense to look after them really well from the word 'go', don't you agree?
